10 Months Old!

10 months. 10 months since our sweet girl joined our family. 10 months since my heart officially went to live outside of my own chest--again. 10 months ago we were reminded again of what it was like to live for someone else, willing to give everything we have-every extra minute of potential sleep, every extra dollar, every extra moment of relaxation-just for a simple smile or kiss. Despite moments of frustration and tears, I wouldn't trade a single second of the past 10 months that was spent with my two girls. My beautiful, smart, sassy, determined, stubborn, hilarious, fearless Emily has been with us for 10 months and they have been the best 10 months of my entire life with my husband and two amazing girls. Happy 10 months, Emily. You and Ashley (and daddy too of course) are my life, my love, my hopes and dreams, my world. Now stop growing up too darn fast on me!!! ;)

Oh and P.s..Yesterday Emily learned how to climb up on the stairs and other objects, and a couple days before she also figured out how to open up cabinets. It's on!
